But , if we look into the reality
despite studying and working so hard almost all of the nursing staff within the
India are unhappy because of the payout that they received. When we compare the
payout that a nursing staff received within India vs Abroad ( foreign ) for the
same work we found a bridge distance of amount.
Ex - In India -
Entry-level GNM staff nurses may
earn between 15,000 to 30,000 rs per month, while BSc nurses could start
earning around 25,000 to 50,000 rs. per month.
whereas , In Germany - Entry-level
GNM staff nurses as well as BSc nurses could start earning around 2,25,000 to
2,50,000 rs. per month. and even after deducting all the regular expenses a
person remains in the position that he/she can save almost 1,00,000 - 1,25,000
rs. per month.
Thus, the conclusion that is derived
from the above discussion is that although India provides various opportunities
to the medical and nursing aspirants but when it comes to the career growth Abroad
(Foreign) is more promising in terms of payout and quality life.
